How do I create a tartan skin?? I have seen some I like but don't know where to find one to download?? Any offer to help a damsel in distress *places hand over head*

Hello Heather, I've never made a tartan skin myself, can you point me to any examples that you've seen?
Also is there any particular tartan you want to use, or will just any one do?
Hopefully we can work a skin out for you.  | |
